Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.
Arthur Ashe
Hey there, fellow coders! We are here to notify you about a very special event. We have tried to share the information of the event using some frequently asked questions (FAQ). So, please read through the entire blog post carefully and do share it with your friends :)
What is CodeInception?
CodeInception is the second event that will be organized by The AS8 Organizations. This event is very special for 2 reasons.
- Reason 1: It is the second event of our organization and in the event, all of the team members of The AS8 Organization have shown pure dedication with hard work and team spirit.
- Reason 2: It is not only an ordinary event with a bunch of coding tutorials. Instead, as the name (CodeInception) suggests, this event is specially designed to be the starting point for school/college students to start their coding journey. In this event, 11 domain expert speakers, around the world, will share proper guidelines, mentorship by answering some common questions and breaking some deadly myths in 12 Get Started sessions.
Already Excited? me too. The event videos will be uploaded to the official website of CodeInception. And there will be opportunities of one by one mentoring via discord for the participants. So, if you are new in the magical world of coding or feel stuck and don't know what to do, this event is for you. Though we have planned this event for school/college students as they are our targeted audience, others can also participate. To be honest, there is only one prerequisite to join this event and that is YOU NEED TO HAVE PURE DEDICATION TOWARDS CODING.
And the good news is that this event is completely free. Yes, you heard right. You can just register and we will send you notifications before the event and you can join immediately :D
Why should you participate in it?
Our team is a bunch of lifelong learners and our mission is to create an enthusiast developer community in Bangladesh to support individuals through the lifelong learning revolution. There are tons of resources on the internet, but most of the typical Bangladeshi students find it difficult to start their programming journey. We are here to help you out by providing necessary resources, mentorship, and organizing code jams, hackathons, and different events throughout the year. Our mission is to inspire a lifelong love of learning in innovative ways and to create a learning experience that is fun, fruitful, and rewarding.
We believe that,
Coding is a vast ocean and to become a developer you don't need to swim in that ocean, instead, you need to sink in it.
But because of the massive amount of knowledge and resources about coding on the internet, most of the students often become overwhelmed or suffer the shiny syndrome. We can't afford that anymore. So, we should try so that you are not affected by it.
We want to make the knowledge of coding customizable for each and every student. If they want to learn web development, we are here to ensure proper guidelines for them. If they determined to be an AI engineer, we will ensure the best resources that will benefit them the most. If they are more into Native app development, our team will still help them with the best available mentorship. So, what I am trying to say is that, no matter what you wanted to be in the coding/development career, our team will always be there to help you because every student is special and their journey is more special.
So, if you want to start your coding journey and determined to be a developer or you have already started but got stuck in the middle, you are always welcomed to participate in CodeInception event.
